Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for an outpatient behavioral health role with two days per week in Hartsville, SC. The position focuses on psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, medication management and personalized treatment plans across regional clinics.

Ideal candidates are PMHNPs or PAs with psychiatric experience and an active SC license, with roughly 2+ years in behavioral health.

• Comfort providing psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, medication management and treatment planning

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams
• Support approximately 20 outpatient encounters per day
• Coordinate care across regional clinics and Hartsville base

We’re hiring a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful community impact, and strong financial stability.

You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, medication management, and individualized treatment plans. You’ll practice across regional clinics, with two days per week based in Hartsville, while collaborating closely with primary care and behavioral health teams.

• Base salary: $100,000–$120,000
