Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children, adolescents, and adults seeking psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment.
• Communicate patient, resident, and family needs to physicians clearly and accurately.
• Familiarize self with the care plan and provide input for overall care.
• Coordinate care with referrals, patients, families, and team members.
• Provide intake screening reports and initial observations at arrival.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and monitor safety per policy.
