Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Psychiatric LCSW-C to provide clinical social work services across the continuum of care, from admission to discharge. The Psychiatric LCSW-C provides clinical social work services to patients throughout the continuum of care, from admission through discharge. This role collaborates closely with patients, families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providers to support safe, timely, and effective care. The Psychiatric LCSW-C leads clinical interventions, coordinates discharge planning, conducts therapy sessions, and serves as a resource for problem-solving, care coordination, and utilization management. This position also supports continuous improvement efforts that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
