Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN - Psych for a 13-week assignment in a freestanding psychiatric hospital. You will work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) with a patient load around 1:10, caring for adults and adolescents. CPI is preferred and licensure as an RN is required.

Candidates should be prepared for a staffing-short environment and may need to float between units. Navy scrubs are required and exemptions for COVID/Flu are accepted.

Qualifications

• Comfortable responding to codes, de-escalation, and restraints.
• RN ratio approximately 1:10.
• Availability to float as needed.
• Navy scrubs required.
• COVID & Flu exemptions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 72-bed freestanding psychiatric hospital serving adults and adolescents.
• Candidates should be aware that the facility is currently understaffed; realistic staffing expectations should be set.
