Senior Doc is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile behavioral health team, specializing in geriatric mental health. This is a fee-for-service role—you earn based on your time and commitment. You'll be supported by a dedicated medical assistant and scribe, allowing you to focus more on patient care and less on admin.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings
Diagnose and manage conditions like depression, anxiety, dementia, and behavioral disorders
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, adjusting as needed based on patient response
Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
Provide crisis intervention and family education to improve outcomes and understanding
Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support coordinated, long-term care plans
Flexible Schedule & Autonomy

Competitive Pay (Fee-for-Service Model)
Earn between $150,000 to $300,000+ annually, depending on your caseload and availability. The more you work, the more you earn—your income reflects your effort.

Active PMHNP license
Experience with geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare (preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with elderly patients and their families
Comfortable working independently with remote support
