Job Title: Local Travel LVN – Lubbock, Texas

Contract Length: 26 Weeks

Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,560 (based on experience)

About The Position

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for a local/travel opportunity near Lubbock, Texas. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with care plans, facility policies, and state regulations.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and proper care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Adapt to various healthcare settings and contribute to the team’s goals effectively.

Orientation Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Post-Orientation Work Schedule

Weekends (every Sat & Sun): 6a-2p 0r 2p-10

Will have the opportunity to pick up additional shift during the week to reach up to 40 hours if desired

Education And Certification Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted LVN license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience preferred (travel experience is a plus). Should be competent in advanced skills such as g-tubes/enteral feedings, foley catheters, traches, etc.
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
