We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and highly skilled Psychiatric Family Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric and medical services for individuals enrolled in our Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive History & Physical (H&P) examinations, perform psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management and clinical care for patients receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-centered, and passionate about helping individuals achieve recovery and improved mental wellness. They are comfortable managing complex psychiatric presentations, treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, establishing therapeutic boundaries, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment setting.
