MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a staff RN in Psych-Behavioral Health for part-time, 0.6 FTE, night shift with 12-hour rotations. The role emphasizes specialized psychiatric nursing, interprofessional collaboration, and a patient-centered approach to care in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds a WA RN license (MLS allowed), BLS, and prefers a BSN; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications may be required by the department.

Formación

• Current RN license in Washington or MLS endorsement.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility/department.

Responsabilidades

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies/procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
