Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid Nevada RN license.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• Working knowledge of Mental Health Laws and practice standards.
• Familiar with interdisciplinary treatment team processes in behavioral health.
• Understanding of continuum of care for behavioral health services.
• See amendment for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, education, and emotional support to patients and families.
• Record medical histories and symptoms; assist in diagnostics and manage equipment.
• Administer treatments and medications; support patient follow-up and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, diet, exercise, and self-management.
• Support behavioral health services and crisis intervention as needed.
