Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Wichita, KS at North Webb Road, Wichita, KS 67226. The role involves phlebotomy across age groups, data entry and patient service, with a schedule Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–6:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am–12:30 pm, plus potential overtime.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, processing, billing support, and travel to additional sites as needed. Minimum of a high school diploma; phlebotomy certification or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of training program or 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Client Office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
