Job summary

Community Counseling Center Inc in Ste Genevieve, MO is seeking a PSR Aide to support consumers and staff while transporting clients to and from the PSR program. The role includes assisting with clerical duties, kitchen tasks, and group activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and an MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL residents) with proof of continuous auto insurance. Work hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with one evening shift and Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide protective oversight of clients.
• Ensure safety and welfare per policies and procedures.
• Assist and guide clients in PSR tasks and activities.
• Assist in crisis interventions when needed.
• Maintain positive attitude toward agency and clientele.
• Provide support to PSR Specialist and Manager.
• Transport to and from PSR all members deemed eligible for transportation services.
• Maintain van maintenance records and report problems.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures.
