Job summary

Community Counseling Center in Fredericktown, MO, is hiring a PSR Aide for a full-time, non-exempt role. Base pay ranges $16.42–$18.82 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule plus one evening shift and rotating Saturdays. The PSR program serves adults in several counties and requires a MO Class E license by start date.

Duties include client support, clerical tasks, and safe transport. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and valid MO license (Class E, Class D if IL

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold or obtain by start date MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL residents) and proof of continuous Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide protective oversight of clients; monitor the condition of the clients.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of the clients according to policies and procedures.
• Assist and guide clients in performance of tasks and responsibilities of PSR program, i.e. Cleaning, cooking, group activities.
• Assist in intervention during crisis situations when needed.
• Maintain positive attitude toward agency and clientele.
• Provide support to PSR Specialist and Manager as assigned.
• Transport to and from PSR all members deemed eligible for transportation services. Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the van if needed.
• Responsible for transporting clients in agency and/or personal vehicle as deemed necessary and appropriate to meet program requirements.
• Report any problems with the operation of the van. Have van serviced when needed and keep accurate records on van maintenance.
• Maintain necessary records for the number of clients transported.
• Operate van according to DMH Licensure and CPRC Certification standards
• Provide non-routine transportation services as assigned and as available.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.
