Job summary

RiseMe in Mississippi is seeking a candidate to manage the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program under Communicare and state standards. You will implement curricula, recruit and orient clients, and maintain required documentation and billing data.

The role requires crisis intervention, coordination with the clinical team, and supervision of PSR staff, including van drivers and volunteers, under supervision of the Office Supervisor and Clinical Director of Adult Services.

Qualifications

• Pass a Communicare background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform the responsibilities of the position as described above.
• Satisfactory completion of CPR.
• Satisfactory completion of CPI within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in the mental health field is preferred.
• Valid Mississippi driver’s license with insurance and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program as mandated by the Department of Mental Health, Division of Medicaid, and Communicare standards and regulations.
• Implement evidence-based curricula for the PSR Program.
• Recruit, screen, and orient new clients for the PSR program.
• Complete client documentation and billing information per DMH, Medicaid, and Communicare policies.
• Coordinate transportation for clients, including driving the van when needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and other clinical services as needed.
• Coordinate services with the treatment team and Supervisors.
