Job summary

Community Counseling Center is seeking a PSR Aide in Fredericktown, MO. The role includes supporting consumers and PSR staff, transporting clients to PSR, and assisting with clerical and kitchen duties as assigned. The position emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and adherence to DMH and CARF standards.

The role requires a HS Diploma/GED/HSE and a valid Missouri drivers license (Class E) with proof of insurance, plus reliable transportation to perform daily tasks and transport duties.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma/GED/HSE.
• Must hold or obtain MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL) by start date.
• Proof of continuous auto insurance and transportation as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide protective oversight of clients and monitor their condition.
• Assist and guide clients in PSR program tasks such as cleaning and group activities.
• Transport to and from PSR for eligible members and help with boarding/exiting the van.
• Document according to policies and maintain van maintenance records.
