Job summary

Novant Health Urgent Care is seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Sumter urgent care team. You will work with a dedicated staff to serve patients 6 months and older in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree for NP or PA, SC licensure, DEA, DOT Certification and 2+ years in family practice or urgent care. Expect 12-hour shifts, weekends, and potential coverage at other centers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in NP (Family NP) or Physician Assistant.
• Active SC licensure.
• Active DEA and SC Controlled Substance.
• DOT Certification.
• 2+ years of experience in family practice or urgent care.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Willing to work at other centers as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.
