Jaydot in Washington, DC is seeking a PSH Case Manager Supervisor (Tenant-based) to lead and support the tenant-based case management team in transitioning people from homelessness to permanent housing.

The role oversees staff under Jaydot's PSH program funded by DC DHS, ensuring housing stability and well-being of clients. Candidates should have LICSW/LPC or equivalent, with supervision experience and commitment to equity.

Qualifications

• LICSW/LPC, LGSW/LGPC, or related Master’s degree meets the education requirement.
• Two years minimum in case management and direct service delivery for homelessness.
• Five years of direct supervision of frontline staff.
• Knowledge of social service delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for up to seven tenant-based PSH Case Managers.
• Monitor engagement and track progress of participants.
• Review case notes for quality and accuracy.
• Approve participant case plans for quality and effectiveness.
• Lead case conferences with District staff and participate in monthly provider meetings.
• Ensure quarterly re-certifications and up-to-date documentation.
