LabCorp in Gadsden, AL is seeking a phlebotomist to join our patient-care team. You will perform blood draws, collect specimens, and ensure accurate data entry and billing support.
The role requires phlebotomy certification or training, a high-school diploma, and strong communication and customer service skills. Travel to additional sites may be required; the position offers a supportive environment and comprehensive benefits.
LabCorp is seeking a phlebotomist to join our team in Gadsden, AL.
Monday–Friday 7:00 am–12:00 pm with Saturday rotations every 8 weeks.
This position requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19. Subject to applicable law, all prospective hires will need to provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID‑19 or qualify for medical or religious accommodations.
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
Phlebotomist may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
