Job summary

The Apricity Group is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and lead Rocketlane PSA solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate complex business needs into scalable architectures, integration patterns, and implementation blueprints that drive measurable outcomes.

You will run discovery workshops, architect integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday) and guide delivery teams through API reviews, data migrations, and best-practice configurations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years implementing PSA, ERP, or workflow platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and enterprise system design.
• Ability to model business processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Experience designing multi-system solutions across CRM, Finance, HR, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design workshops, and translate requirements into scalable Rocketlane solutions.
• Design end-to-end solution architecture across PSA, CRM, ERP, HRIS, and financial systems.
• Define configuration standards and delivery patterns.
• Provide consultative guidance on complex use cases and feature strategy.
• Architect integrations between Rocketlane and platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and data platforms.

Role Overview

As a Solution Architect focused on professional services automation, you will design and lead scalable Rocketlane PSA solutions for enterprise and growth-stage customers. You will translate complex business needs into clean system architecture, integration patterns, and implementation blueprints that drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll run discovery and design workshops, whiteboard future-state processes, architect integrations, and guide delivery teams through configuration and technical execution. This role blends customer-facing consulting with deep technical problem-solving—partnering with customers, Project Managers, Consultants, Product, and Engineering to bring solutions to life.

This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who enjoys both strategy and building—equally comfortable leading a workshop, reviewing APIs, or troubleshooting an integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design workshops, and whiteboarding sessions to translate business requirements into scalable Rocketlane solutions
• Design end-to-end solution architecture across PSA, CRM, ERP, HRIS, and financial ecosystems
• Define configuration standards, integration patterns, and delivery best practices
• Provide consultative guidance on advanced use cases and feature strategy
• Push back or course-correct when requests conflict with best practices or scalability
• Architect and guide integrations between Rocketlane and platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday/HRMS, finance systems, and data platforms
• Work hands-on with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, and modern integration approaches
• Partner with Integration and Data Migration consultants on technical execution
• Design data migration strategies and transition plans from legacy PSA/ERP systems
• Support complex troubleshooting and unblock escalations
• Review and approve solution designs and technical deliverables
• Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices to scale delivery
• Use AI-assisted tools and scripting to automate validation, testing, and workflow optimization
• Mentor consultants and elevate overall technical capability across the practice

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

Please Note - Professional English Proficiency is required for this position.

• 7-10+ years implementing PSA, ERP, or workflow platforms
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and enterprise system design
• Ability to model business processes and translate them into system configurations
• Experience designing multi-system solutions across CRM, Finance, HR, and Ops

Integration & Technical Depth

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and authentication flows
• Experience building or guiding integrations between SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Postman and iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Understanding of SSO/SAML and enterprise IT patterns
• Comfortable validating data and troubleshooting technical issues

Consulting & Communication

• Excellent workshop facilitation and discovery skills
• Ability to advise customers strategically, not just technically
• Confident navigating tough technical or scope conversations

• Background in Professional Services or consulting delivery environments
