Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a PSA Compliance Manager to lead policy development, training, and investigations under the Interim Final Rule to prevent abuse and harassment of child refugees. You will foster zero-tolerance practices and ensure ORR compliance in a mission-driven environment.

The role is full-time in office settings with some travel; requires a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields, 3 years of child welfare compliance experience, and fluency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social service fields.
  • 3 years of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation and compliance with the Interim Final Rule to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and sexual harassment involving child refugees.
  • Create, implement and update policies for preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and harassment.
  • Develop and deliver training for staff (every 6 months) and youth on PSA policies and reporting.
  • Assist Program Management in the investigation of SA/SIR where sexual abuse or sexual harassment has been reported.
  • Foster a climate of zero tolerance for abuse and ensuring a safe and supported environment for all youth in care.
  • Maintain PSA CAR and all corrective action plans to include all supportive documentation.

PSA Compliance Manager Job Summary

The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for managing implementation and compliance with the Interim Final Rule to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and sexual harassment involving child refugees. Responsible for compliance with Office of Refugees Resettlement (ORR) policy on sexual abuse and harassment and will lead the investigation of any reports regarding sexual abuse and harassment for the organization.

  • Responsible for creating, implementing and updating policies for preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and harassment.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
