We’re looking for PSA Graders to join our team to authenticate and grade trading cards (sports, non-sports, and TCG).

Qualifications

• Firsthand knowledge of trading cards, tickets and other collectibles (sports, non-sports, TCG).
• Expert in counterfeits and card doctoring methods existing in the card industry.
• Expert-level understanding of the card grading system and standards.
• Strong research skills.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity.
• Detail oriented and able to focus over long periods of time.
• 1–3 years of direct grading experience as a professional, dealer or collector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert of PSA’s card authentication and grading standards.
• Serve as an expert in PSA’s processing procedures and protocols.
• Authenticate and evaluate the condition of trading cards in an expedient manner without compromising accuracy.
• Maintain individual daily grading production goals.
• Improve knowledge and skill with active personal research and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with current industry developments and news, especially counterfeit methods.
• Maintain quality of grading product.
• Share knowledge to help improve the PSA Grading Team.
• Engage with and participate in monthly meetings and retraining sessions.
