Job Summary
The University Counseling Center ( UCC ) at the University of Utah enthusiastically welcomes applications for a full-time staff psychologist to become an integral member of our large dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is a fully benefited, full-time 12-month position. Responsibilities include providing individual, group, relationship counseling, conducting initial consultations, clinical supervision, and crisis intervention services. Possession of strong clinical skills, the ability to manage a full client caseload, demonstrated competence in working effectively with a wide range of clientele and presenting concerns, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team is desired. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of and experience with college student mental health needs and will have Psychologist licensure to practice independently and provide clinical supervision under Utah law.
Advanced clinical skills in high demand clinical areas (such as mood disorders, OCD , complex trauma, suicidality) preferred.
