As a Lead Teacher, you will coordinate daily classroom operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational activities, and work directly with children and parents to ensure quality care and education.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
• Completion of state-required pre-service training
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (Infant/Toddler teachers must lift infants)
• Meet background check requirements
