Paycom - ATS in Pryor, OK is seeking an Agricultural Equipment Field Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned equipment. This full-time role involves working under supervision, with emphasis on safety and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include keeping product knowledge up to date, coordinating with the Service Manager, and maintaining tools and work areas while adhering to company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment.
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic software and internet functions.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.

• Maintains a clean and organized work area and practices good safety habits.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Performs basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager or Shop Foreman. Maintains professional communication with all company locations to insure information flows in an appropriate manner.
