Job summary

Blueville Nursery Inc. in Manhattan, KS is seeking a landscape laborer to support planting, pruning, and maintenance on client sites. You will drive company vehicles to job sites, load and unload plant materials, and help keep job sites clean and safe throughout the day.

We value reliability, willingness to work outdoors in all weather, and attention to detail. Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to develop basic plant knowledge and customer

Qualifications

• Basic plant knowledge; training provided.
• A valid state driver license with clean record.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–80 lbs.
• Capability to perform repetitious manual labor.
• Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Quality customer service mindset.
• Ability to work with little supervision after training.

Responsibilities

Education/ Experience
