Are you compassionate, patient, dependable, and interested in helping children and teens with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential?
KidsTLC is looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our Autism/IDD team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Already have your RBT credential? Great!
Not an RBT yet? We still want to hear from you. Candidates may be hired without an RBT credential and obtain it after hire. A pay increase is offered once the RBT credential is obtained.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while receiving ongoing training and working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
As an Autism/IDD RBT, you'll play an important role in helping children build skills, increase independence, and make meaningful progress.
Your responsibilities will include:
Don't have all of the preferred experience? Don't count yourself out. If you are compassionate, eager to learn, committed to helping kids, and willing to obtain your RBT credential, we encourage you to apply.
At KidsTLC, you're not just starting another job. You're joining a team committed to helping children and families while giving employees opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and grow their careers.
Whether you're already an RBT or you're interested in beginning a career in behavioral health, ABA, autism services, psychology, social work, special education, or another helping profession, this position provides valuable hands-on experience.
You'll be part of a learning environment where teamwork is encouraged, professional development is supported, and the progress of every child matters.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to be a consistent, positive presence in the life of a child.
Because this is an active, hands-on position working directly with children, employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, run, jump, squat, and bend as needed and lift up to 50 pounds. Team members must also be able to successfully participate in required crisis intervention training.
The position works in a fast-paced clinical environment that may periodically have a high noise level.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
If you're ready for a career where your work has purpose and you can help children make meaningful progress every day, we'd love to hear from you.
