Job summary

Universal Hospital Services Inc. in Illinois seeks a PRN FLEX Clerk / Business Development to support intake and admission processes. You will respond to calls, verify benefits, and route resources across hospitals in the state and surrounding areas.

The role requires strong computer skills, confidentiality knowledge, and the ability to organize files and data. A High School Diploma is required; some college is preferred. This FLEX/PRN position offers no benefits and is based on-site in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Experience: Computer skills and experience in a psychiatric setting required.
• Licensure/Certification: None required.
• Knowledge: Computer literacy skills required; Illinois Mental Health and Disabilities Code, Confidentiality Act and EMTALA.
• Organizational, filing and typing skills required.
