Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Support
• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation counseling in both one‑on‑one and group settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and monitor progress.
• Group Facilitation
• Design and lead support groups that address a range of mental health needs.
• Adapt group activities and curricula to meet diverse client populations.
• Community Outreach & Collaboration
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local organizations, faith‑based institutions, and community centers.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops or meetings to raise awareness of available mental health services.
• Engage with community stakeholders to identify and refer potential program participants.
• Documentation & Compliance
