JOB TITLE: Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full‑Time

LOCATION: In‑Office and Facility‑Based (Assigned Sites)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide direct behavioral health services in a full‑time, in‑office and facility‑based role. This position supports outpatient and site‑based clinical programming while working under board‑appropriate supervision toward independent licensure in Louisiana. The clinician will collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high‑quality, client‑centered care consistent with Louisiana professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services consistent with individualized treatment plans
• Deliver services in‑office and at assigned facility locations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Louisiana practice standards
• Participate in required clinical supervision with a qualified LPC‑S, LCSW‑BACS, or other board‑approved supervisor
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support coordinated care
• Follow all ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Scheduling and Hours

• This is a full‑time position scheduled based on clinic and facility needs
• Services are provided during standard business hours with flexibility based on program demand
• Work assignments may include rotating facility coverage
