LOCATION: In-Office and Facility-Based (Assigned Sites) with Mileage Reimbursement

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Master 's-Level Mental Health Professional with a degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. This role provides direct behavioral health services in a full-time, in-office, and facility-based capacity. The clinician will collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high‑quality, client‑centered care consistent with Louisiana professional standards. This role represents an entry-level clinical tier for master's‑prepared professionals who are not yet provisionally licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services consistent with individualized treatment plans
• Deliver services in‑office and at assigned facility locations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Louisiana practice standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support coordinated care
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Follow all ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards

SCHEDULING AND HOURS

• This is a full‑time position scheduled based on clinic and facility needs
• Services are provided during standard business hours with flexibility based on program demand
• Work assignments may include rotating facility coverage

Compensation
