Job summary

ISMIRA Agency seeks a Provision Master for the Astoria Grande cruise ships. The role oversees inventory and cost control onboard, ensuring ship and company targets are met while coordinating with the F&B team and other departments.

The position requires STCW certificates, a seafarer's passport, and 5+ years in upscale hospitality/ship operations. The contract runs 6-7 months with meals and accommodation provided, a company-paid ticket, and a salary in euros plus bonus/tips.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian language required; English level varies by position.
• 5+ years of progressive management in upscale hotel or cruise ship food & beverage.
• STCW certificates and seafarer's passport required.
• Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, support and evaluate inventory and cost control operations.
• Oversee quality of goods delivered within company standards.
• Maintain effective internal communications and teamwork.
• Monitor operating budgets and revenue reports with F&B Manager.
• Supervise provisioning team and ensure cost control.
