The Provider Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment and talent acquisition process for healthcare providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, behavioral health providers, and other clinical professionals. This position develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organization's current and future provider staffing needs.
The Provider Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition of healthcare providers for the organization. This position specializes in sourcing, attracting, engaging, and recruiting qualified physicians and other clinical providers to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs.
The Provider Talent Acquisition Specialist develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and builds relationships with providers, medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, professional organizations, and other recruitment partners. The position works closely with Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, Credentialing, and department leadership to ensure an efficient and positive provider recruitment experience from initial outreach through hire and onboarding.
This position is primarily focused on the recruitment of healthcare providers and is may assist if needed general non-provider recruitment if otherwise assigned.
