Job summary

Versant Health is seeking a Provider Reporting Analyst to ensure accurate production and delivery of provider data and reporting to internal and external customers using GeoAccess and NetMinder. You will manage data, produce NARs and ad hoc reports, and drive improvements in reporting processes.

The ideal candidate has a background in data analysis, a degree in a related field, and strong Excel/BI skills. This role requires onsite work in a collaborative team environment with HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, accounting, finance, economics, math, statistics, or information systems.
• 1+ year of experience with GeoAccess applications.
• Proficient in data and statistical analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) and Business Objects.
• Strong mathematical skills; able to solve practical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and track report requests from Sales Operations, Client Management, Managed Care Clients, and Organizational Management in an accurate and timely manner.
• Produce and deliver GeoAccess Network Analysis Reports (NAR) and provider data analyses in a deadline-driven environment.
• Manage and maintain NetMinder data and competitor data.
• Assist in producing ad hoc reports; create standard recurring reports/presentations.
• Identify reporting strategies and process improvements for scalable business processes.
• Interpret and summarize results of data analysis.
• Support Network Development for growth opportunities.
• Assure accuracy and integrity of network reporting and data.
• Perform QA reviews of provider network reports and recurring reporting.
• Complete and distribute department metric reporting (operational performance, productivity, KPI).
• Manage the department RT ticketing queue from intake to resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and data issues.
• Ensure timely achievement of project goals.
• Create training manuals, regulatory guidelines, audit tools, and provider manuals.
• Write routine reports, documentation, and correspondence.

What are we looking for?

Responsible for the accurate and timely production and delivery of all provider data and provider network reporting to internal and external customers utilizing GeoAccess and NetMinder programs and ad hoc reporting.

• Manage and maintain NetMinder data and competitor data.


• Assist in producing ad hoc reports as needed; create standard recurring reports/presentations and weekly/monthly performance guarantee reports, as requested.


• Identify department reporting strategies and process improvements that ensure scalable business processes.


• Interpret and summarize results of data analysis.


• Support Network Development for network growth opportunities.


• Assure and maintain accuracy of network reporting and data integrity.


• Perform quality assurance reviews of provider network reports, recurring reporting, and ad hoc analyses to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to established reporting standards.


• Complete and distribute department metric reporting, including operational performance, productivity, service level, and departmental key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.


• Manage the department RT ticketing queue, including intake, prioritization, assignment, monitoring, and resolution tracking to ensure timely completion of reporting and data requests.


• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve reporting discrepancies, troubleshoot data issues, and implement corrective actions.


• Timeliness of achieving project goals.


• Comprehend and create documents such as training manuals, regulatory guidelines and statutes, audit tools, existing policies and procedures, and provider manuals.


• Write routine reports, documentation, and correspondence.

What’s necessary to do the job?

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination or experience and education


• Required minimum one (1) year of experience with GeoAccess applications


• Proficient in data and statistical analysis


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) and Business Objects


• Required general mathematical skills


• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.


• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


• Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
