Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist II to serve as a primary liaison between CareOregon and the provider-partner network, including contracted and non-contracted providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience relating to physical and/or behavioral health.
• Experience in provider relations, managed care operations, clinic operations, or related health care functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the provider network.
• Conduct provider site visits and trainings for clinic staff.
• Assist with contract development, onboarding, and terms oversight.
• Act as liaison to internal teams (Claims, Credentialing, Provider Data).
• Coordinate provider education and communications to ensure quality and compliance.
