Job summary

ICON Eyecare is seeking a Provider Relations Representative to support clinic-level referral relationships within an assigned territory. This field-based role focuses on patient flow, referral education, and consistent messaging, reporting to the Senior Physician Representative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of healthcare, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support referral relationships within assigned clinic territory.
• Execute assigned call plans and outreach activities.
• Educate partners on services, surgeons, and referral processes.
• Assist with distribution of marketing materials and communications.
• Support referral education and patient experience best practices.
• Maintain outreach documentation and activity tracking.
• Assist with CE programs and marketing events.
