Provider Relations Outreach Representative

Basic Qualifications for the role:

• Rate: $11.11/Hr on W2
• Efficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous healthcare marketing and/or outreach experience a plus

Responsibilities

• The Provider Relations Outreach Representative assists the Provider Relations Team with outreach and education of the provider community.
• Making phone calls to providers within the current Texas Medicaid provider community to provide them with education regarding Prior Authorizations.
• Maintaining records of all outreach activities.
• Performing independent thinking and organizational tasks as required.
