Qualifications

• Experience in Managed Care Provider Relations/Services Contracting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolves physician/provider issues from internal parties with independence.
• Follows up with physicians/providers and documents transactions per policy.
• Investigates and resolves member complaints related to provider issues.
• Responds to QNXT calls and tracks issues referred to network management.
• Ensures new physicians/providers receive required initial educational materials.
• Provides ongoing telephonic support and education on portal features.
