Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Network Management within a managed care environment.
• Experience in provider relations/customer service strategies.
• Knowledge of network development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new provider orientation and provider group meetings.
• Perform site visits to service providers and resolve issues.
• Maintain relationships with contracted HMOs and implement policy amendments.

Skills

Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database

Effective oral and written communication skills

Skills in negotiating contract language and rate structures

Skills to provide training and technical assistance

Ability to resolve provider inquiries or requests promptly

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
