Job summary

Independent Living Systems (ILS) is seeking a Provider Relations Account Executive to foster strong partnerships with a diverse provider network and to optimize service delivery. You will communicate with providers, support contract negotiations, and work with internal teams to align capabilities with organizational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years in provider relations or account management, with strong knowledge of networks, compliance, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in provider relations, account management, or a similar role within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of provider networks, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare management software.
• Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with providers to ensure network adequacy and quality.
• Facilitate development, negotiation, and execution of provider contracts per regulatory standards.
• Monitor provider performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned providers and coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of provider interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with care management, compliance, and finance to support network initiatives.
