Job Description
Join one of the nation’s most comprehensive academic medical centers, UChicago Medicine, as a Provider Referral Marketing Manager in our Marketing department. This position will be primarily a work from home opportunity with the requirement to come onsite as needed.
The Provider Referral Marketing Manager at UCMC will drive physician referral acquisition and enhance revenue generation through comprehensive marketing strategies. The role entails conducting primary provider research and leveraging secondary information sources to gain deep insights into category dynamics, trends, referral behavior, and competitive activity. Key responsibilities include utilizing data and analytics to develop profiles and personas for different physician segments and conducting market research to optimize the B2B user experience for physicians. The manager will implement market-based strategies across multiple channels, focusing on personalized and targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns tailored to physicians' needs and interests. Additional duties involve identifying lead generation opportunities within the physician community, addressing and solving challenges faced by physicians, and executing integrated multichannel plans. The role requires close collaboration with Public Relations, Physician Relations, and Creative teams to create a cohesive brand and outreach program, positioning UCMC as a leading healthcare provider in the B2B market.

Compensation & Benefits Overview
UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
