Join a leading medical network as a Provider Recruiter, managing the recruitment process and implementing effective sourcing initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior management and the marketing department to develop strategic recruiting plans and enhancing the onboarding experience for new providers.
Job Summary:
Join employer, consistently named the best hospital, and become part of a network of nearly 600 physicians and advanced practice providers at nearly 80 locations across the Midlands of South Carolina. As a Provider Recruiter, you will manage the provider recruitment process and be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective provider sourcing and recruitment initiatives. You will recruit qualified providers for medical staff, assist in the development of strategic recruitment plans, and coordinate a comprehensive recruitment program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 Years of related experience in an Administrative or Clerical Support role
- 2 Years of Administrative or Clerical Support experience can be substituted for 1 Year of direct experience in physician recruitment and/or functioning as a physician hiring liaison

Essential Functions:
- Manage program and project implementations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Physician Network Vice Presidents, Practice Management, and Executive leadership.
- Work with senior management, hiring managers, the Marketing Department and LMC Human Resources staff to develop yearly recruiting strategies and search assignments.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, including providing logistical information, interview schedule and expectations for follow up.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the employment market, geographic challenges, competition and specific client and industry needs through the use of market intelligence tools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and distribution of recruitment packets.
- Schedule and organize provider interviews, community, and real estate tours.
- Develop and maintain an effective working knowledge of local healthcare provider employment agreements, employment process, offer packages, compensation, and benefits to answer candidate questions as needed.
- Continually develop and improve upon processes, procedures, policies and techniques to recruit providers.
- Coordinate and facilitate provider onboarding.
