What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee five regional coordinators to ensure team goals are met and provide training for new staff
- Conduct medical record reviews to support data collection for value-based provider groups
- Analyze and interpret provider data to help improve quality star measures
- Secure access pathways to medical records and ensure timely feedback to provider groups
- Assign external attestation audit reviews and report on productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; OR, Registered Nurse with active license in Tennessee or participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
