Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret performance data and develop discussion and presentation documents with year-to-date and month-over-month results.
• Facilitate provider discussions on quality, utilization, cost or risk performance using corporate tools.
• Collaborate with health plan quality counterpart for goal alignment.
• Develop proficiency in tools and VBP and educate providers on data interpretation.
• Present detailed HBR analysis and create reports for Joint Operating Committee meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies.
