Job summary

HCSC invites motivated professionals to join a field-based team supporting HEDIS, STARS and provider performance initiatives across Dallas–Fort Worth and East TX. The role focuses on negotiating contracts with physicians, physician groups and hospitals while building strong provider relationships.

You will use analytics to identify performance gaps, develop action plans, and partner with clients to drive value-based care outcomes. Travel within the territory, including overnights, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and at least one year experience developing and negotiating provider contracts OR 5 years managed care operations experience with independent work and contracting.
• Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Support HEDIS, STARS and provider performance initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts for physicians, physician groups, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Develop provider education and service, and act as a trusted partner.
• Leverage analytics to influence outcomes and drive performance.
• Travel within the territory, including overnights.
