Job summary

ChildCareGroup is seeking a Provider Payments Coordinator to analyze childcare provider payments, generate reports, and resolve payment issues in a timely, compliant manner. You will collaborate with Finance and Attendance staff to correct errors and ensure accurate disbursements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review provider payments for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Manager, Finance staff to ensure corrections are completed before finalizing payments.
• Respond to questions from Attendance and Payment staff regarding processes and policies.
• Serve as frontline contact for escalated calls and assist customers professionally.
• Assist with processing corrections and act as backup for payments in the Manager’s absence.
