This hybrid role requires in-person work 3 days a week at our Newton, MA or Westminster, CO offices. You will develop implementation communications, trainings, and process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external providers to deliver excellent service.
Implements activities related to operational management applications, processes, and data/system maintenance for specialized provider types within the Back-Up provider network. Create and execute implementation documentation, project plans, and related training materials. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to understand business needs and processes for improved service delivery and apply procedural and system technical support/solutions. as well as standard communication materials and global training documentation and materials. Participate in training and support activities as a regular part of day to day tasks as required

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 - $93,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
