  • Interface directly with physicians to provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all physician requests
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service team in troubleshooting any patient requests pertaining to physician consultations
  • Review daily reports and communicate with patients to manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and cancelling appointments)
  • Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping the physicians/patients a priority
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality

  • 1+ year(s) experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in a telemedicine environment; in lieu of experience, highly motivated high school graduates or college graduates with applicable majors (e.g. healthcare administration, business, etc.) are also encouraged to apply
  • Technically savvy and able to learn new software applications quickly. Experience using Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Patient-centric AND Physician-centric — you understand our patients and their needs and are able to balance that with the needs and preferences of our physicians to provide as positive experience as possible across both groups
  • Ability to communicate professionally with healthcare providers
  • Enjoys structure and routine processes in daily work while also being able to identify priorities and switch tasks frequently
  • Sound judgment to make appropriate decisions or escalate items outside your scope
