Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking a Provider Networks Coordinator to support data integrity and contract administration for the Outside Medical Networks division.

The role focuses on managing in-network provider information, directories, and relationships with subcontractors in line with contract parameters. The position entails coordinating with the Director, handling credentialing documents, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting while staying within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of health care or contract administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all in-network provider information across areas/databases.
• Monitor and manage provider directories and updates.
• Distribute and communicate updated directory information to external customers.
• Obtain missing information from in-network and out-of-network providers and enter into database.
• Collect credentialing documents from contracted providers and forward to credentialing team.
• Identify plan gaps and work with Director to recruit new specialists.
• Assist Director with preparing new provider contract agreements and packets.
• Maintain communication with appropriate customer contacts.
• Maintain confidential company information.
