Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in managed care or provider relations.
• Experience in provider contracting and medical network development would be a plus.
• Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel for meetings outside of normal hours.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, evaluates, and contracts with providers in the Hill Physicians’ network.
• Facilitates physician panel meetings and collaborations with Hill Physicians leadership, PriMed staff, and network physicians.
• Participates in medical leadership functions and meetings.
• Researches and analyzes information to support provider reimbursement strategies.
• Ensures access for members to geographically contiguous practices.
• Analyzes data to support clinical quality, financial performance, and population health.
• Acts as liaison between physician leadership and PriMed/Hill management.
• Presents analyses and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
• Participates in cross-functional teams for provider network development.
• Manages projects related to compensation, clinical or utilization management.
• Organizes internal and external meetings for department members.
• Performs other duties as required.
