Job summary

Bryan College Of Health Sciences is seeking a senior role to lead strategy and management of the CIN network services portfolio. You will design scalable programs, manage vendor partnerships, and drive adoption and financial impact for members across our health system.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, extensive experience with vendor contracts and provider credentialing, and a track record in CIN/PHO settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain management, or related field of study and experience required.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts required.
  • Experience with employer-sponsored health plans or association health plans preferred.
  • Experience with provider credentialing or group purchasing programs preferred.
  • Experience working within or alongside a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), or Physician Hospital Organization (PHO), or similar health care organization preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a network services strategy and prioritized service roadmap informed by ongoing assessment of member needs and organizational objectives.
  • Leads the full vendor lifecycle for network service programs including prospecting, due diligence, RFP development, contract negotiation, implementation, and performance management.
  • Manages existing vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring performance standards and contractual obligations are met; establishes and maintains contract governance and tracking infrastructure.
  • Leads end-to-end implementation of new service programs, developing project plans, timelines, and workflows that support a consistent launch experience for members.
  • Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Legal, Finance, Data Analytics, and other internal departments to support program evaluation, contracting, and implementation.
  • Ensures network service programs and vendor relationships are designed and managed in accordance with applicable federal and state healthcare regulations.

Summary

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for the strategy, development, and management of a best-in-class portfolio of non-clinical services that enhance the value of the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). This role builds and scales programs and vendor partnerships that improve network performance, operational efficiency, and the value of CIN participation across our diverse membership. This position partners with internal leadership and external vendors to design and implement scalable solutions including service programs, employer-sponsored offerings, delegated credentialing support, and group purchasing initiatives.

PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.

  2. *Develops and maintains a comprehensive network services strategy and prioritized service roadmap informed by ongoing assessment of member needs and organizational objectives.

  3. *Research, evaluates, and recommends new service offerings and vendor partnerships that deliver measurable value.

  4. *Leads the full vendor lifecycle for network service programs including prospecting, due diligence, request for proposal (RFP) development, contract negotiation, implementation, and performance management.

  5. *Manages existing vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring performance standards and contractual obligations are met; establishes and maintains contract governance and tracking infrastructure.

  6. Identifies opportunities to leverage system resources, including supply chain and group purchasing relationships.

  7. *Leads end-to-end implementation of new service programs, developing project plans, timelines, and workflows that support a consistent launch experience for members.

  8. *Coordinates with the Membership Engagement and Advancement department on member-facing materials and communications.

  9. *Monitors program performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs) including utilization, member adoption, and financial impact; recommends program modifications or discontinuation based on findings.

  10. *Supports the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of employer-sponsored insurance solutions available to members and their employees in collaboration with leadership and insurance brokers.

  11. *Serves as the primary liaison between membership and the credentialing department, acts as an advocate for members throughout the delegated credentialing process to ensure a seamless experience and timely resolution of outstanding requirements; monitors and escalates service gaps or compliance concerns to leadership.

  12. *Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Legal, Finance, Data Analytics, and other internal departments to support program evaluation, contracting, and implementation.

  13. *Ensures network service programs and vendor relationships are designed and managed in accordance with applicable federal and state healthcare regulations.

  14. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.

  15. Participates in meetings,committeesand department projects as assigned.

  16. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  1. Knowledge of healthcare network services, vendor management, and program development within a health system or managed service organization (MSO) environment.

  2. Knowledge of employer-sponsored health plan structures, association health plan regulations, and group benefits administration preferred.

  3. Knowledge of healthcare credentialing standards and requirements.

  4. Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements applicable to vendor contracting and network services.

  5. Knowledge of group purchasing organization structures and healthcare supply chain principles.

  6. Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  7. Ability to source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

  8. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  9. Ability to perform crucial conversations with desired outcomes.

  10. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel and medical staff.

  11. Ability to problem solve and engage independent critical thinking skills.

  12. Ability to prioritize work demands and manage multiple programs simultaneously with minimal supervision.

  13. Ability to maintain confidentiality relevant to sensitive organizational and member information.

  14. Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain management, or related field of study and experience required. Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts required. Experience with employer-sponsored health plans or association health plans preferred. Experience with provider credentialing or group purchasing programs preferred. Experience working within or alongside a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), or Physician Hospital Organization (PHO), or similar health care organization preferred.

OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:

A Nebraska Health, Life and Disability Insurance Producers license is beneficial but not required. Support will be provided to obtain the license if needed for the role.
