Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, or Healthcare Informatics.
• Three or more years in healthcare analytics, operations or BI/data analytics with visualization tools.
• Experience summarizing data and presenting analyses.
• Proficient with relational databases and data query tools (SAS, SQL).
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support operational and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Present data findings at meetings and collaborate on actions.
• Oversee data analysis and reporting timelines to meet requirements.
• Research claim and provider issues, identify root causes, and present resolutions.
